General Qualifications
- Who has at least a bachelor's degree from one of the relevant departments of universities such as Economics, Business Administration, MIS,
- Who has at least 1 year of experience in Accounting and Administrative Affairs processes preferably,
- Who is residing in Istanbul,
- Who has advanced level of written and spoken English,
- Who has second foreign language German,
- Who shows a tendency to cooperation and teamwork,
- Who demonstrates effective communication skills,
- Who is able to produce solutions in the face of problems,
- Who is able to express oneself effectively both orally and in writing
- Who does not have have military obligation for male candidates.
Job description
- In the last week of each month, to control the activity entries in various systems and eliminating the deficiencies,
- To control the activities of the consultants in the first week of the next month, ensuring their consistency, making them ready for invoicing,
- To enter consultants' activities into client systems when necessary,
- To clasfy and conciliate expense invoices according to which profit center is the expense or whether it is a general expense, which profit center pays,
- To follow-up income and expenses, cash status according to bank statements
- To make necessary calculations for payroll, including overtime by activities, premium calculations by invoiced day. To leave tracking and processing.
- To calculate invoice amounts according to the budget on the basis of activities and projects,
- To prepare profitability, consultant occupancy reports,
- To work according to German time,
- To be in a position to support in emergencies that need to speed up the invoicing process.
- To create and follow-up domestic and international job postings from career portals
- Apart from these, he/she will perform other duties assigned by the management regarding pre-accounting and administrative affairs (other reporting, control of expense forms, etc.).
