Eve, Material Classification Project Was Implemented Live

The material classification project, in which the surplus materials and stores are managed, has been put into the live system within the body of Eve Mağazacılık A.Ş. We would like to thank all the stakeholders who took part in the works during the project phase.

Materials and stores are divided into classes; With various matching, the listings of the materials to the stores in the determined store classes were provided.

The following achievements were achieved with the project:

• It was possible to correctly manage a larger stock with less labor.
• It was ensured that the products were found at the right location at the right time.
• The sales volume was increased by positioning the products in the right stores.
• Incorrect positioning of the product and possible loss of sales were prevented.
• Unnecessary stock accumulation in the warehouse was prevented.
• Material classification and stock management were provided from a single center.
