Turkey's leading packaging company Elif, our Mobile PM project was implemented live.

As part of the digital transformation project of Turkey's leading packaging company, Elif, the Mobil PM project was successfully put into live use.

Despite the difficult covid-19 process we are going through, the project was mainly carried out with remote work. The main project team of 7 people, consisting of Elif and SPRO employees, completed the project in a short period of 3 months.

With the project;

• Ensuring online tracking of transactions in the field

• Performing all maintenance and repair operations with mobile devices from a single screen

• Online tracking of workload in the field and working personnel

• Daily-monthly-weekly reporting of maintenance activities

• Ensuring data and personnel verification with NFC cards in the field

• Analyzing the cause of the transactions occurring in the field

• Monitoring of all works instantly via dashboards placed on the field

• Being able to receive personnel performance reports on a daily basis

• Monitoring and distribution of workload of active personnel in the field with Personnel Meyer integration

• Uploading pictures of planned maintenance activities in the field to the system

• Following-up the order and pictures of the control operations in the field from the system

• Notification pictures can be shared by users who open a request

• Verifying measurement values with qr codes and pictures during on-site measurement processes

• Decision makers can follow the work done instantly from the dashboards

• Instant reporting of personnel productivity

• The maintenance and repair management infrastructure, in which data is at the forefront and monitored, have been established.
