- Prone to teamwork, effective communication skills, strong problem solving, analysis, planning and follow-up skills
- Being researcher, result-oriented and dynamic,
- Knowledge of technology, software, ERP and CRM
- Adopting the principle of customer satisfaction and working with a performance-based premium model
- Preferably having SAP Experience,
- Being creative and open to innovation,
- Good command of spoken and written English,
- Good knowledge of MsOffice, especially Excel,
- No travel disability,
- Graduating from university departments such as Business Administration or Engineering
- Completed military service for male candidates,
Job Description
- Creating customer sales strategies and business plans,
- Communicating with customers,
- Increase current sales turnover,
- Increase the rate of potential customer acquisition,
- To carry out sales activities in harmony and coordination with consultants and company managers,
- Organization and follow-up of various sales events (organization, workshop, conference participation),
- Creating a customer portfolio and making visits
- Conducting market research
- Prepare customer presentations and proposals,
- Acquiring processual knowledge of products,
- Preparation of presentations of new products,
- Contacting new customers, arranging and conducting sales meetings,
- Analyzing customer demands and needs and offering the right products and solutions to customers,
- Visiting existing customers regularly and working in cooperation with them,
- Coordinating after-sales customer needs with internal and external resources.
