With the project:

 

· A joint planning structure was introduced at the packaging level at the production sites in three different campuses.

 

· During the packaging phase, customer-specific constraints were added to ensure a more realistic sequencing of productions.

 

· Changes and improvements were made in the existing MRP structure regarding both master data and processes.

 

· Considering customer deadlines, more effective deadlines were provided.

 

· More realistic and easier deadlines can be tracked on the system.

 

· By integrating with the portal, where group-specific applications are used, data is obtained from the source.

 

· During the production phase, using hand terminals; Two-way integration was provided for starting production, ending production and inputting production stop information.

 

· Planning and tracking of domestic and international requests can be made on a single screen.

 

· Improvements were made in business plans and similar master data.

 

· Integration with process type production was achieved.
